How does CSV grouping work?

The generator looks at the OrderNumber column. If multiple rows share the same OrderNumber, they are automatically grouped into a single packing slip PDF with multiple line items.

Does the same OrderNumber create one PDF?

Yes. Duplicate OrderNumber values indicate items belonging to the same order. These are combined into one document.

How many orders can I upload at once?

You can upload a CSV containing up to 100 unique orders. If you have more, please split them into multiple CSV files.

Are all fields required?

Required fields (OrderNumber, Sender/Recipient details) must be present. Optional fields like SKU or Weight can be left blank.
